Refund policy

Our goal at NFNE is that you will love your items. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days.   Any returns must be made at your own cost.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Accessories cannot be returned.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• Cannot return FINAL SALE items 
• We're unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order. 

Please send us a message on instagram or info@nfneactive.com include your name, order number, and reason and we will assist you in creating a return label. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
